Below is a nice article detailing how to make herbal "solar teas or "sun teas". I like that the author gives suggestions re: different combinations of herbs to use. My favorite herbs for sun tea are lemon balm, chocolate mint, chamomile, and lavender. A bit of ginger is always nice to add, too.
