Collected some elderflowers and dried them out..left em for a while then removed the flowers from the srtems and put them in a jar for a supply of dried elderflower tea!

Good deal, Floyd!

Elderflower tea is great when you have a cold, a cough, or the flu.

You can also use the flowers to make a sparkling "cider"!

I like to dip them in batter and fry them for a tastey breakfast "pancake" or after dinner dessert.

All in moderation, of course....
