Red Clover Tea Empty
PostSubject: Red Clover Tea   Red Clover Tea EmptyMon May 23, 2011 8:27 pm

I went out into the woods yesterday and got hold of some dandelions, elderflower, garlic mustard and red clovers. Red Clovers are extremely medicinal and has been used to fight some cancers, especially breast cancer.

Anyway you cam make a tea from this. Its also useful for bronchitis, eczema, psoriasis and cough among othere things.

Pick only the flower tops and top leaves in late spring or early summer.
Dry on paper and when dried store in a jar out of the sunlight.

Tea
1 or 2 heaped spoonfuls of flowers per cup.
Infuse for ten minutes then starin and consume.
You could add honey.
