Dehydrate to store!

This YouTube channel got me into dehydrating foods a year or two ago. The videos are down-to-earth and easy to understand. The woman who posted the videos (Tammy) started doing so just as a hobby, but the channel became so popular it caught the attention of several major companies making dehydrators and she now has a website as well.

Thanks for that link it looks interesting nice to see how things are done rather than just reading about it .Usually makes more sense to me that way

Have given it a quick read and it has some good info and discusses different ways to dry - oven , dehydrator, sun drier ,etc. plus storage

Hi floyd the way things are going think it is probably too wet and cold for this to be much good where I am . Going to build a cob oven so might try that for drying stuff as they stay warm for along time
